All returns must be accompanied with a Return Goods Authority Number (RGA) which can be obtained by contacting support@productswithpurpose.com.

No replacement product(s) will be accepted without the Return Goods Authority Number.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

All returns must be made within a within 14 days from date of purchase. All merchandise must be accompanied by a valid receipt.

You will only be entitled to a replacement product where the product has been damaged in transit. A replacement product will be despatched once the damaged product has been received by us. In the event that the returned product is out of stock you will be notified by Products with Purpose Australia to arrange either a replacement product to the same value, with a similar or equivalent product or placed on back order.

We appreciate your feedback to ensure we maintain our high standards of quality control.

Each request for a replacement will be dealt with on its merits in accordance with Products with Purpose’s legal obligations.

If you haven’t used the product, we will refund you in full using the same method of payment as your initial purchase.
