To ensure secure delivery, all parcels must be signed for upon receipt. If you don’t expect to be home during normal business hours, it’s a good idea to provide an alternative delivery address, where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.
All orders are sent using StarTrack Express.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from Products with Purpose which will include your StarTrack consignment number.
You can track the progress of your order through to shipment under ‘My Orders’ in the My Account section or by visiting and entering your consignment number. If you are unable to locate your consignment number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please call us on 1300910163 Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm AEST or email support@ProductswithPurpose.com.au. and we will assist you with your enquiry.
Shipping is free for all orders of $100 AUD or over within Australia.
Orders below $100 AUD are charged a flat delivery rate of $10 AUD within Australia.
Orders below $100 AUD are charged a weight fee of the standard Australian Post within Australia.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We are unable to process split shipments within one order. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team on 1300910163 Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm AEST or email support@ProductswithPurpose.com.au. If you have not received your order within 4 working days, please contact us so that we can assist you.
INTERNATIONAL and NZ SHIPPING
Products purchased on this website can only be delivered within Australia.
If you are based overseas, but can’t bear to live without your favourite Products with Purpose we are happy to assist you. Simply call our Customer Service team on 1300910163 from Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm AEST or email us on support@ProductswithPurpose.com.au. We will calculate your shipping costs when you place your order. We use Australia Post postage calculation found here. Unfortunately, due
to hazardous and flammable goods restrictions, we are unable to ship hazardous goods internationally.
Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.
