Placing an order with Products with Products online is fast, easy and secure.

We endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible. If you place your order before 1pm AEST between Monday and Friday, we aim to process and despatch it the very same day! Delivery times can vary based on your location.

CHANGES TO ORDERS
Once you’ve placed your order, it joins a queue for immediate processing and fast despatch.
We will endeavour to fulfil any changes to your order. If you have any changes or questions, please contact our Customer Service team immediately on 1300910163 Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm AEST or email support@productswithpurpose.com.au

If your order has already been processed and you wish to return an item, you will have to follow our Return Instructions or contact our Customer Service team on 0433 255 130  Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm AEST or email support@productswithpurpose.com.au if you have any questions.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We aim to always be in stock however, from time to time we may sell out. Now, you can easily look up stock availability online

If an item is available for purchase online, you will be able to ADD TO CART.

GIFT WRAPPING AND CARDS
All GIFT orders come beautifully wrapped and are housed for protection in a recycled box. You may also include a personalised gift message. Simply type your message in the Gift Message field at checkout and it will be printed on a mecca card and inserted into an envelope.
If you do not wish for a receipt to be included with the products, please select that the item is a Gift at the checkout. We will email you a copy of your order confirmation, so you have this as a record. We will include a Gift Receipt for the recipient. Gift Receipts display the item, but not the price.
